Separate Consents

Kavantissa.com maintains three independent ways to participate. Taking part in one never automatically adds you to another:

• Memorial Tributes: Your chosen name (or anonymous attribution) and tribute are displayed publicly only after review. Any email address you provide is kept private.
• Public Petition: Signatory details are collected solely for the formal public-interest petition. Names and email addresses of signatories are never published on the website or used for mailing lists.
• Kavantissa Movement (KTM) Interest: Collected only when you explicitly ask to be contacted about KTM initiatives.

Data Minimization & Retention

We collect only the information needed for each purpose. Approved tributes remain part of the memorial unless the author requests removal. Petition records are retained only for the formal submission process, and KTM interest registrations can be removed at any time upon request.

Removal Requests & Contact

You may request correction or removal of your tribute, petition signature, or contact registration at any time using the report option on any tribute page or by contacting hello@kavantissa.com.
